We collect the minimum data needed to operate the modules you use. For account and billing: name, work email, company, and payment metadata processed by Stripe. For the product modules: the brand assets, copy, and instructions you upload to Vault, plus the analytics events generated by your in-app actions.

We do not sell your data. We do not use customer content to train foundation models.

Your data is used to deliver the service: generating Spark videos from your Vault, publishing Fleet sites for your brand, surfacing Spy alerts for the competitors you watch, and filing Shield takedowns under the Power-of-Attorney you signed. Aggregate, de-identified usage data drives product improvements.

We use the following processors under signed DPAs: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (Claude inference), fal.ai (media inference), Upstash (queues), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processor is bound to use your data only to deliver the specific function we engaged them for.

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@mayall.ai. We respond within 30 days. EU / UK customers retain all GDPR rights; California customers retain all CCPA rights.

Account data is retained for the life of the contract plus 90 days. Generated media (Spark videos, Fleet pages, Shield filings) is retained for 12 months for audit purposes, then purged unless you request a longer retention.
