Blaze: Meta data and removal
Blaze connects the Meta Business assets you authorize so your workspace can prepare and upload ads, read delivery and performance, and manage approved advertising changes. Connecting alone does not pause your existing ads or change their budgets.
Mayall and Blaze are operated by SEOBINARY LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions: privacy@mayall.ai.
What the connection stores
We store encrypted access tokens, the Meta identity that authorized access, granted permissions and assets, Business and ad account details, Pages and linked Instagram identities when authorized, pixels, campaigns, ad sets, ads, delivery status, performance totals, and records of changes made through Blaze. These records support account selection, uploading, reporting, access control and troubleshooting.
Access tokens remain on the server. Workspace roles and account assignments control access to advertising data. Meta information is used to provide the connected advertising features. The connection does not authorize publishing unrelated organic posts.
Disconnect or remove Meta data
- Sign in to Mayall and open Blaze → Settings → Connections.
- A workspace owner or admin can choose Disconnect to remove the stored token and stop new access. Previously imported advertising history remains available in Mayall.
- Choose Remove Meta data and confirm to revoke access and request removal of imported Meta records, execution results and associated advertising history. Keep the private status link until it reports completion.
You can also remove Mayall in Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps for a client Business integration, or use Facebook’s app removal and data deletion controls for a Facebook user connection. Meta sends Mayall a signed notification. A notification only affects authorizations that can be verified as belonging to that Meta identity or Business.
If you cannot access the workspace, email privacy@mayall.ai with the workspace and connection you want removed. Do not send access tokens, passwords or recovery codes. We may need to verify your authority before handling a request.
What remains and what does not change
Removing Meta data preserves your customer-authored ad copy, original uploads and generated creative in Mayall. Saved drafts lose their Meta account, Page, Instagram, post and ad set references and must be configured again before use. A minimal record that removal occurred may remain without the erased Meta identities.
Removal from Mayall does not delete, pause or change campaigns, ads or budgets on Meta. Manage those directly in Meta Ads Manager when necessary.
Processing and provider records
Access stops for identified connections when the request is recorded. Active product records are removed asynchronously. The private status page distinguishes product data removal from checks of workflow provider records. A request stays open while those records remain or a legacy authorization cannot be verified. We do not promise an immediate deletion time.
Mayall uses its hosting, database and workflow providers to operate these features. Operational backups and security records are subject to the providers’ retention and access controls; they are not restored to the active product to bypass a deletion request. Contact privacy@mayall.ai for questions about a specific request or retained records.
