What Mayall provides
Mayall is a software service that runs five modules — Spark, Fleet, Spy, Shield, Vault — for your brand. The service is invite-only and contract-priced. Access to specific modules and feature limits are defined in your order form.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Mayall lawfully and only for brands you own or are authorised to represent. You may not:
- publish content that infringes third-party IP;
- impersonate brands you don't own or control;
- use Shield filings against legitimate third-party speech, competitors, or fair use;
- circumvent rate limits or platform integrations.
Your content
You retain full ownership of brand assets, generated media, and published sites. You grant Mayall a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your content solely to deliver the service.
Power of Attorney (Shield)
Shield requires a signed, scope-limited Power of Attorney to file DMCA, trademark, and cease-and-desist notices in your name. You can revoke the PoA at any time in writing; revocation takes effect within 24 hours.
Fees and term
Fees, billing cadence, and term are defined in your order form. Annual contracts auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal. Late payment may pause access after 14 days of overdue.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice if uncured. On termination, you retain ownership of your data and may export it within 30 days; we permanently delete remaining copies 90 days after that.
Limitation of liability
Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes resolve in Delaware state courts unless you opt for arbitration.
